"Cushing's Disease"
Dear NuVet Labs,
I feel compelled to write you about our success story with your product, Canine Natural NuVet Plus!
We have a dachshund who will be 14 this coming May. “Hannah” was diagnosed with Cushing’s disease in early 2005. After having a costly surgery to remove a tumor on her adrenal gland, we thought we were “home free”. In 2006 we were devastated to see her symptoms return. I read everything I could find about this disease and learned a special all natural diet could help. In doing my research I came across your web site and I am so glad I did!

I thought by supplementing her immune system it would help to fight the disease. At this point anything was worth a try! After 2 months on the wafers we started seeing an improvement! Although there is no “cure” for Cushing’s we think your product is fantastic and will increase her chances for a longer life! Hannah is a finicky eater but she loves the wafers!
My husband and I can’t thank you enough! Hannah thanks you too!
Sincerely,
Beth, Norman, & Hannah Brinker

"Vestibular Disease"
I would like to introduce you to Kacie, our 17 year old, spay-mixed white fox terrier. Kacie had been her normal self, actively playing, eating well, enjoying life. One Sunday morning, two years ago, I found Kacie in the family room appearing as though she had suffered a stroke. I learned later that strokes are rare in dogs. When Kacie attempted to walk, she appeared to be drunk, showed signs of physical problems in that her legs were protruding out on both sides. Her head was tilted to the right and she had rhythmic eye motions. She had pottied throughout the entire family room, which is something she never did even as a puppy. She trained early and did well subsequently.
My husband and I got dressed and rushed her to our Veterinarian. Kacie underwent X-Rays (to rule out a possible brain tumor) and blood work. All values were within normal ranges. The Vet informed us Kacie had "vestibular disease," which she stated was not uncommon in older dogs. She further stated that Kacie's condition would probably clear up within the next five to twelve days.
Upon arriving home, I immediately began researching canine vestibular disorders. I clicked on various links and found NuVet. The rest of my story is history. I ordered the recommended (money-back guaranteed) vitamin supplement. The NuVet vitamin supplement has been a godsend.
Thank you for helping Kacie turn her vestibular disease around. Kacie has a renewed energy, a greater restored inner balance, and an absent held tilt. She, very thankfully, has not experienced any recurrent episodes. Kacie does not appear nor act her age of 17 years; and, quite frankly, I cannot believe she is 17! Her diet is that of mostly organic foods, rice, salmon-products, and vegetables which I believe have also contributed to her excellent health.
NuVet products have shown me the laws of nature and how Kacie's body and mind have derived benefit from your products to achieve optimum health for her age and to find relief from a debilitating illness. I had hoped to have a better picture of Kacie, but you know how it is when you want to take a picture!!
I am delighted to share Kacie's story with you.

"Lyme Disease"
Cola is a mixed breed-1/2 yellow lab, ½ white German shepherd. I took her in when she was 12 years old in June of 2007. Her owners had gotten her as a 6 week old puppy and had had her ever since. However they were no longer willing to keep her because she shed hair all over the house. She was very thin and also lethargic.
I immediately took Cola to my vet who drew blood and subsequently diagnosed “Lyme disease” and significant kidney impairment. She was put on intense antibiotic therapy. I added NuVet Plus to her regimen to boost her immune system. My vet explained at that time that antibiotics plus good supportive care and lots of TLC we may buy Cola another year of quality life.
In October of 2007, I took a chance and had Cola spayed. She was off antibiotics by then, not shedding as much and not as lethargic. I boosted her NuVet Plus and continued with several small meals a day and lots of TLC.
It is now October of 09, Cola’s weight is normally for her size-about 65lbs. She runs and plays, jumps up on my bed to sleep at night and has a beautiful soft hair coat. She loves her NuVet Plus every day, her kidney function has returned to normal and my vet now thinks she could have a couple more years of quality life!
I am convinced that NuVet Plus is responsible for Cola now being a healthy, happy, active 14 1/12 year old dog!

"Autoimmune Disease"
Two and a half years ago I sat crying in the vet’s office, the vet informed me that my two female cocker spaniels needed to be put to sleep soon. My oldest was having hip pain and the other was dying from an autoimmune disease.

I searched the internet for help and found NuVet. My 16 year old now runs around the house, follows me up and down the stairs, can see better, and seems happy. My 8 year old is off all meds from her disease and acts like her old self.
The vet cannot believe they are the same dogs and jokes how I replaced them. Now all I ask is for you to make it for people!

"Vertigo"
I cannot say enough wonderful things about NuVet! I have a 12 1/2 year old Doberman(Roxie) who has been taking arthritis and pain medication for a few years. When I came home from work one day, she could not stand up. Being a nurse, I thought she had a neuro problem. Long story short, the emergency vet said she had a cardiac problem.
After a very expensive trip to the cardiologist, she was diagnosed with vertigo! I was in the process of purchasing a Boston Terrier from Ohio and told the "mom" of the Boston about my problems with Roxie and she recommended NuVet. I had ordered one bottle just to try it out and, I must say, I AM AMAZED!
Roxie has not had any more episodes of vertigo, is moving better than she has in months, and actually runs in the yard with my new Boston (Chelsea) and my 8 year old Pomeranian (Meequa).
I am now going to your e-store and am ordering some for all 3 dogs....this product is truly awesome!

"FLUTD"
My FLUTD (Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease) kitty had a urethral blockage in January and had to spend 2 nights in the emergency room to unblock him. Since then he's been on a prescription diet to keep up his water. I also add water to his canned food. I was also instructed to put him on a diet. He lost the weight he was supposed to and then some.
I started to increase his food and he stopped eating altogether. I kept taking him back to the vets and they found nothing wrong with him. He was so skinny and walking around in the worst mood all the time. I knew he wasn't feeling well. It got so bad he would smack anyone who walked by him.
I had a jar of the NuVet in my cupboard from a friend so I put some in his food hoping it would help. He ate all his food in one sitting! Now I won't feed him without it. He has put on a pound and has started playing with my other cat again. He looks great and is feeling so much better. I'm so glad I tried it!

"Diabetes"
This is the great information on Lynn's dog "Poppy."
She was diagnosed with diabetes in September 05 because of restlessness and uncontrolled urination. I know she was over ten at the time. At that point she had to go on insulin which is still the case. At that point the daily "mistakes" stopped BUT she continued to wake up her mistress over night and usually AFTER an event.
In March of 07 Poppy started NuVet. Within Three days she stopped the nightly accidents. As of now this good situation continues (with occasional wake up calls but not that often and NO wetting).
What a wonderful story!
Thanks to NuVet!

"Diabetes"
Milo is a black Pug, that we think of more as little boy that lives with us than a dog. About a year ago he was diagnosed with diabetes. It has been difficult, but we love him anyway. Thanks to the Nuvet tablets, his dosage of insulin has been reduced while keeping his glucose very low. Along with his insulin, nuvets tablets are part of his daily routine. We do call them cookies and he looks forward to getting them.
